Our Human Resources Department’s mission is to support our organization by promoting the hiring, development, productivity and retention of top talent through the application of human resource industry best practices.

In conjunction with the Human Resources Department, the mission of the Administration Department is to provide an efficient, well-running, cost-effective administrative infrastructure to support the business and employee needs of MCIC.
