MCIC Vermont announced and welcomed Andres Salinas as its Vice President of the Enterprise Program Management Office, as of March 16, 2017. As Vice President of the Enterprise Program Management Office, Mr. Salinas is responsible for the operation of the EPMO and ensuring MCIC functions’ projects are executed effectively and efficiently for the organization.
Mr. Salinas has 30 years of experience in business management consulting, and in building and leading high performing teams specializing in business strategy, program management, organizational transformation, and operational improvement. Prior to joining MCIC, Andres was Vice President of the Office of Business Optimization at McKesson Technology Solutions for over 9 years, where he led a team of consultants supporting internal clients across McKesson’s North America business.
Prior to joining McKesson, Andres was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton consulting. Throughout his career, Andres has led projects in PMO Stand-up, Balanced Scorecard Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Business, Product Development, and Process Transformation. His clients and industry experiences have included large and small organizations in the Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Utilities, Entertainment, Insurance, Transportation, Hospitality, and Automotive industries, as well as the Federal Government.
In additional to his business experience, Andres served as an intelligence and staff officer in the US Coast Guard. He earned his MBA in Business Strategy & Marketing from The College of William & Mary (Virginia), and his BBA in International Business from James Madison University (Virginia).
